Cancellation
Registration cancellations must be made in written form to the Conference Secretariat.
Before September 15, 2025: 80% refund (20% processing fee)
After September 15, 2025: No refunds will be made after this date
Confirmation of Registration
Participants will receive an acknowledgement of their registration. Reservations will be finalized and confirmed only after having received the payment.
